ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Role - To assist QS Manager in estimation and billing.
Preparation of quantity estimates based on 2D and 3D drawings for construction and interior fit-out projects.
Track design changes and adjust budget projections.
To assist in the preparation of budgets, BOQ, running bills and related reports – budget vs actuals, item-wise cost analysis, etc.
To maintain material library with rates for construction material, labour wages, etc.
To coordinate with clients, contractors and site managers.
Perform site visits as and when required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified civil engineer with experience in Quantity Survey and Project Billing.
1 to 3 years of work experience in project estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and project billing is mandatory.
Experience with construction projects OR interior fit-out projects is a must.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, Office applications and AUTOCAD.
Solid analytical thinking skills.
Understanding of building and construction technology.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
