We are looking for a Customer Associate to join our team. The role involves calling branches to collect and process their orders for books and uniforms, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
· Timings: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
· Location: Rohini, Sec-9
Key Responsibilities
· Call and follow up with branches to collect book and uniform orders.
· Record and update order details accurately.
· Coordinate with the supply/operations team for timely processing.
· Maintain solid communication with branches and address their queries.
· Ensure reporting and documentation of daily calls and orders.
Requirements
· Graduate/Undergraduate with positive communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
· Organized and detail-oriented.
· Prior experience in customer service/tele calling will be an advantage.
