Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Operate plate bevelling machines to create accurate bevels on steel plates and sheet metal as per drawings.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, bevel angles, and work orders.
Material Preparation: Handle, align, and secure plates for bevelling operations.
Quality Control: Inspect bevel dimensions, angles, and surface finish to ensure compliance with welding requirements.
Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting of bevelling machines.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and ensure protected handling of heavy plates and cutting tools.
Documentation: Record production data, bevel angles, and machine settings.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of bevelling processes, welding preparation, and metallurgy.
Precision: Ability to achieve accurate bevel angles and consistent quality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy plates and work in demanding manufacturing conditions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
