Key Responsibilities :
Place bookings with the carrier upon receiving confirmation from Pricing Desk and Customers.
Export Documentation (SI Filing, VGM Filing, B/L Finalization, etc.) - INNTRA and ODEX
Verify Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Checklist / Shipping Bill / DGD and various other documents.
Coordinate with Shippers, Consignees, Shipping Lines, Overseas Agents, CHA, and Transporters for all operational activities.
Ensure proactive follow-ups with all stakeholders.
Verify and process invoices received from Shipping Lines, Agents, CHA, and other vendors.
Payment follow-up with customers to release the BL.

Pre-requisites




Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Operations & Documentation.
Knowledge of Incoterms and Shipping Terms.
Ability to handle door to door shipments for Exports, Imports and Cross Trades.
