Position: Mentor – UPSC-CSE
Location: Lucknow Branch (Offline)
Experience: 1–3 years in UPSC mentoring, student support preferred

Medium: Hindi preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mentor to support UPSC-CSE aspirants at our Lucknow offline branch. The mentor will play a key role in guiding students throughout their UPSC preparation journey, helping them stay disciplined, motivated, and academically on track.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the UPSC-CSE examination process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to UPSC-CSE aspirants.
Understand students’ individual preparation levels, challenges, and goals.
Help students create and follow personalized study plans and preparation strategies.
Regularly monitor students’ academic progress, test performance, attendance, and overall preparation.
Guide students on Prelims, Mains, CSAT, answer writing, revision, and current affairs preparation.
Conduct regular mentoring sessions,



progress reviews, and doubt-discussion sessions.
Identify students who are struggling academically or facing motivational challenges and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain regular communication with students and, where required, their parents/guardians regarding progress.
Motivate students to maintain consistency, discipline, and a positive approach during preparation.
Coordinate with faculty members and the academic team to address student-specific requirements.
Help create a supportive, professional, and positive learning workplace at the Lucknow centre.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, performance, and mentoring outcomes.
Support the centre team in student orientation, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
