A. Patient Care:
Renders direct nursing care to the sick patient as assigned by the incharge.
Ensure comfort of the patient.
Educates the patient according to the need.
Helps the ambulatory patients according to their need.
Maintain treatment, records, medicines, injections etc.
Maintain nurse’s report.
Gives report to the ward sister regarding patients
Maintain admission, discharge, and death registration.
Responsible for housekeeping of the ward.
Administers all the drugs according to standing order of the
Ensure sending of laboratory specimens for investigations.
Takes proper care of patients’ personal belongings.
Renders pre and post-operative care.
Takes rounds with doctors and reports the patients’ condition.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
