Responsibility -
Manpower Planning: Plan and allocate manpower according to daily site requirements, project schedules, and workload.
Team Supervision: Supervise workers, technicians, and site manpower to ensure work is completed efficiently and as per instructions.
Attendance & Deployment: Maintain daily attendance, manpower deployment, shift schedules, and workforce records.
Site Coordination: Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
Productivity & Discipline: Monitor workforce productivity, discipline, work quality, and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Daily Reporting: Prepare daily manpower and work-progress reports, highlight manpower shortages or site issues, and coordinate for timely resolution.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
