Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You will manage budget allocation, track conversion funnels, run A/B ad creative tests, and collaborate with content and design teams to drive maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
Performance & Funnel Tracking: Track weekly and monthly KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates using Google Analytics (GA4).
Creative Testing & Copywriting:



Work closely with graphic designers to test different ad copy, visual formats, reels, and video ad creatives.
Audience Segmentation: Build, test, and refine custom lookalike audiences, interest groups, and retargeting pools.
Landing Page Optimization: Partner with web development teams to improve landing page experience, lead capture forms, and conversion rates (CRO).
Reporting: Prepare actionable weekly and monthly analytical performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills
Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing.
Experience : FRESHER TO MAX 5 Years POST MBA
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reading dashboards, working with Excel/Google Sheets, and translating raw data into optimization steps.
Basic Tool Proficiency: Exposure to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Canva, Meta Pixel setup, and basic SEO/Content principles.
Communication: Valuable command of English, Gujarati and Hindi. Ability to assist and contribute to Copywriting and conceptualizing campaigns.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per year
