Position: Safety Engineer

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
High-rise building or construction or Green Feild Project experience is mandatory.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Any Engineering Discipline)
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
Safety qualification should have been completed before 2021.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at the project site.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Monitor work-at-height activities, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation, and permit-to-work systems.




Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain all safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure safe project execution.
Promote a robust safety culture and ensure proper use of PPE across the site.

Mandatory Requirement
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
Solid knowledge of construction safety standards, statutory compliance, and HSE practices.
Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
