Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood, urine, and other clinical samples from patients at home or other specified locations.
Ensure proper patient identification and accurate labeling of all specimens.
Follow infection control and bio-safety guidelines during sample collection.
Maintain sample integrity by ensuring correct temperature and timely delivery to the laboratory.
Handle all samples with care, ensuring no mix-up, leakage, or spillage.
Coordinate with the central lab / logistics team for pick-up and transportation of samples.
Maintain required documentation and update collection details in the system or through mobile apps (if applicable).
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during home visits.
Collect payments (if applicable) and issue receipts as per company policy.
Report any customer feedback, complaints, or field challenges to the supervisor promptly.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
