We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – IT Sales
Location: Mohali, Punjab | Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: 2–4 Years | Shift: Rotational
We are looking for an experienced BDM with prior IT Sales experience who can drive business growth, generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify recent business leads.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willing to work in office in Mohali and in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
