Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer – Electronic Surveillance Systems
We are looking for a knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems to support technical discussions, solution design, and proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Electronic Surveillance / ELV solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
Prepare quotations and reports using Excel.
Coordinate with the sales, project, and installation teams for technical support.
Assist in preparing system solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Structured Cabling projects.
Provide technical support during client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions.
Maintain accurate documentation related to proposals and pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems.
Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Networking, and Structured Cabling.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (quotations, BOQs, and reporting).
Valuable communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) or Building Management Systems (BMS).
