About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Head to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth project execution, manage teams and resources, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a robust leader with excellent planning, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery.
Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance.
Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and operational best practices.
Identify operational gaps and improve workflows and productivity.
Manage resources, budgets, and operational costs.
Monitor KPIs, project performance, and client satisfaction.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.




Work with senior management on business growth and expansion initiatives.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Operations Management.
Solid leadership, project management, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in process optimization and KPI management.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, ERP, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
