Position: Sales & Business Development Manager / Business Development Head
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Location: Chennai (or Pan-India, if required)

Ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue
Experience in staffing, manpower outsourcing, HR solutions, BPO, recruitment, facility management, or related services would be particularly relevant to Enlist's business. Enlist operates across staffing, BPO, payroll, training and infrastructure solutions.
Solid client acquisition and relationship-management skills
Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business
Experience handling corporate clients and negotiating commercial terms
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets




Existing corporate network would be an advantage

Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals and market research.
Meet prospective clients and understand their manpower/BPO/staffing requirements.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Convert leads into long-term clients.
Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
Achieve assigned revenue and business-development targets.
Track the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.

Pay: ₹11,589.09 - ₹40,958.09 per month
