We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance and Accounts team. The intern will gain practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, bookkeeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and organize invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Support the preparation of payment records and expense reports.
Assist in recording financial transactions in accounting software.
Help with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing GST, tax, and other financial documentation, as required.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Support the Finance team in preparing reports, statements, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payment-related information.
Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter,



or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools is an advantage.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
