Job Title: Medical Coder

​Job Overview:
As a Medical Coder, you will review clinical documentation, assign accurate medical codes, and ensure compliance with medical billing rules to optimize reimbursement processes

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze clinical documentation (physician notes, diagnostic reports, and discharge summaries) to determine appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes according to coding guidelines and regulations.
Perform risk adjustment coding and coding quality checks.
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy standards, and company coding policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding edits, denials, and documentation queries.
