We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in interior fit-out and furniture projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furniture projects.
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of furniture, materials, and site requirements.
Track project milestones and ensure completion within the agreed timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.
Coordinate installation of modular furniture, loose furniture, and interior finishes.
Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, daily/weekly progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines.
Manage BOQs,



material tracking, work orders, and project documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Maintain effective communication between all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of interior fit-out execution and furniture installation.
Experience in project coordination and site management.
Understanding of furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, and custom furniture.
Ability to read interior drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Vendor and contractor management.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,977.70 - ₹45,372.05 per month
