Job Title: Sales Representative – Interior Design

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively source recent leads via calls, networking, and digital platforms.
Client Consultations: Understand client preferences, lifestyle needs, space requirements, and financial budgets.
Presentations: Showcase our design solutions, portfolios, material samples, and service packages through meetings or experience center visits.
Proposals & Quotations: Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and design proposals.
Deal Closing: Negotiate terms professionally, handle customer objections, and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
CRM & Reporting:



Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in the CRM system

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, interior design- fit-outs
Education: High school diploma/12th pass; a degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Personality: Persuasive, energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working toward monthly revenue targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
