Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and online sales.
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Handle SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
Manage the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools.
Manage the digital marketing budget and improve ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, web developers, and external agencies.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behaviour analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and platform changes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Experience in the D2C, e-commerce, nutraceutical, FMCG, or health and wellness industry will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and Google Analytics.
Experience with Shopify and marketing automation tools is desirable.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and team-management skills.
