Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly Management Accounts, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Analyze cost drivers, overheads, and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual income and expenses against budget.
Analyze budget variances, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
Reconcile financial transactions by validating data and correcting discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal and statutory audit teams to ensure smooth audit and year-end closure.
Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.




Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
CA-Inter / CMA-Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, MIS, or management reporting.
Experience in a manufacturing / textile / apparel industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
Good understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Knowledge of Ind AS and audit procedures.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
