As a User Experience Designer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive and user-centric designs. You will lead the design process from concept development to final implementation, ensuring that design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Robust understanding of usability and accessibility principles
