Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented skilled with solid expertise in PowerPoint storytelling, executive presentations, dashboard design, and business reporting . The candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business data into visually compelling presentations and insightful dashboards that support decision-making by senior leadership and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of analytical thinking, visualization skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities .

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

Executive Presentation Development
Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, clients, board reviews, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Develop executive-ready storylines by converting complex data into concise business insights.
Design visually appealing slides using corporate branding guidelines and best practices.
Build proposal decks, business cases, leadership presentations, transformation roadmaps, and client presentations.

Dashboard & Reporting
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools .
Develop KPI scorecards, operational dashboards, financial dashboards,



and performance reporting frameworks.
Analyze trends, identify risks/opportunities, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Automate reporting processes and improve dashboard usability and visualization effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Insights
Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources.
Generate meaningful business insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
Support forecasting, performance reviews, operational analytics, and strategic planning exercises.
Create executive summaries highlighting key observations and action items.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, finance, sales, and client-facing teams.
Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective visual communication.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management when required.

Process Improvement
Identify prospects to streamline reporting processes through automation.
Implement visualization and reporting best practices.

Drive consistency in management reporting and dashboard governance.
