Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs

offered for the International Market
Handling Spanish-speaking customers in Spanish and English throughout

the sales journey.
Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large

volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the

program
Counseling experienced specialists via call or email on which course will be

helpful to their career progression and suggest the best options
Updating and maintaining MIS reports.

Qualifications
Minimum 0–2 years of qualified work experience, preferably in BPO, counselling,

or sales roles handling Spanish-speaking customers/clients across industries such

as Travel, BFSI, EdTech, or FinTech.
Minimum B2 level certification in Spanish is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel.
