Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join their team at Gurugram.
The candidate will be responsible for tele-sales, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and coordinating with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to support business development.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential customers.
Explain company products and financial services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with DSAs for lead generation and business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with customers and DSA-generated leads.
Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for further processing of leads.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about products and processes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and DSA leads.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, lead-generation, and business targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and DSAs.
Update customer and lead information accurately in the system.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months – 1 year of experience in tele-sales, telecalling, channel management, DSA coordination, or a related field.
Prior experience in NBFC/financial services will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Comfortable working with calling and sales targets.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
