About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate should be a robust leader who can manage staff, maintain high standards, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Ensure smooth service during peak hours
Maintain hygiene and quality standards

Team Management
Supervise and train staff
Create duty rosters
Maintain discipline and team motivation

Sales & Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience
Handle customer complaints professionally
Increase sales through upselling and service quality

Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock and place orders
Reduce wastage and control costs




Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers

Reporting
Daily sales reporting
Staff attendance tracking
Expense monitoring

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
Experience in café, casual dining, or bakery preferred
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience in Goa market
Experience with delivery apps
Experience handling multiple outlets

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,947.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
