Job Responsibilities:
Assembly and fitting of mechanical equipment, machines, and components as per drawings.
Reading and understanding engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Installation, alignment, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Handling fabrication-related fitting activities at the plant.
Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Inspection of machine parts and identification of defects or maintenance requirements.
Coordination with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Following safety standards and maintaining housekeeping at the workplace.
Troubleshooting mechanical issues and supporting breakdown maintenance activities.
Assisting in machine trials and commissioning activities.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly work.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Experience in industrial machinery maintenance and installation.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
Basic understanding of welding and fabrication activities.
Positive problem-solving and teamwork skills.
