Job Responsibilities
Deliver classroom lectures and practical demonstrations as per the prescribed nursing curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessment tools.
Guide and supervise students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and departmental documentation.
Mentor students and provide academic support and counseling.
Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
Ensure compliance with the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC), State Nursing Council, and affiliated university.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc.



Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (as per applicable regulatory norms).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized Nursing College or School of Nursing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of nursing education, clinical practices, and teaching methodologies.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and academic documentation).

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administrative staff.
