Role: Firmware Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
6+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development
Strong in Firmware Development using C++ programming language
Proficient in C++ programming, with solid debugging and hardware interaction skills.
Experience with ARM Cortex, PIC, or TI microcontrollers.
Familiarity with regulated settings, including design history files, traceability, and software configuration management.
Good to have experience with tools like JIRA, Polarion ALM, GitHub, Jenkins.
Valuable to have knowledge of bootloaders, firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates, and diagnostics.
Robust understanding of medical device development standards: Familiarity with below standards
IEC 62304 Software Life Cycle Processes
ISO 13485 Quality Management System for Medical Devices
