We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Receptionist to join our team in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer communications.
Manage reception and front-office activities.
Maintain customer records and coordinate appointments.
Follow up with customers and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pleasant and professional personality.
Freshers can apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
