Client Acquisition & Needs Analysis: Identify potential clients, conduct fact-finding interviews to understand their financial situations and goals, and analyze existing coverage. # Product Sales & Customization: Explain various insurance products (health, life, auto, etc.), customize programs to fit individual needs, calculate rates, and process applications. # Policy Management: Handle policy sales, renewals, beneficiary changes, and updates, ensuring all documents are complete and submitted correctly. # Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, liaise with adjusters, and ensure smooth, timely resolutions.
