Key Responsibilities
​Guest Engagement & Service Delivery
​Greet visitors upon arrival, explain entry packages, game card systems, and facility rules clearly.
​Walk the floor actively to assist parents and children with game operations, VR attractions, or redemption counters.
​Maintain a vibrant, family-friendly, and hospitable workplace across all zones.
​Drive revenue by upselling game recharge cards, combo deals, annual passes, and VIP memberships.
​Handle end-to-end coordination for birthday parties, school trips, and corporate events (inquiries, packages, decor coordination, hosting, and billing).
​Follow up on incoming event inquiries via phone, email, and in office visits.
​Address guest grievances, equipment refund requests, or game card glitches calmly and professionally.
​Collect structured guest feedback and report recurring pain points to the floor operations team.
​Ensure compliance with safety, child-safeguarding, and hygiene standards throughout the play zones.




​Update customer data, visit frequency, and birthday club records in the FEC management software.
​Prepare daily summaries of footfall interactions, event bookings, and membership conversions.

Required Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Warm, energetic, highly patient with children, and confident in public speaking/hosting.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts when footfall peaks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Guest Satisfaction Scorecard.

Party and group event conversion rate. Membership and high-tier game card upselling targets.

Average first-contact resolution time for floor complaints.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
