Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Software Trainer to deliver effective training on software applications and technical tools. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating learning materials, assisting learners with practical exercises, and ensuring participants develop a robust understanding of the software.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom, online, and practical software training sessions.
Explain software concepts, features, tools, and workflows in a simple and effective manner.
Prepare training materials, presentations, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
Provide hands-on guidance through real-time software demonstrations.
Assess learners' understanding through assignments, tests, and practical activities.




Resolve participants' technical doubts and provide individual support when required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the software/tool being trained.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Valuable classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create effective training materials and practical exercises.
Positive knowledge of MS Office / presentation tools.
Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience as a Software Trainer, Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Faculty, or Application Trainer will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
