Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR Business Development Consultant to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our HR/consultancy services to companies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with companies and understand their HR/recruitment requirements.
Present and promote the company’s HR consultancy services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Schedule client meetings and conduct business discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Negotiate terms and convert leads into clients.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.




Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and business activities.

Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good personality and professional approach.
Ability to build client relationships and generate business.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/lead management.
Prior experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, B2B sales, or business development will be an advantage.
