Key Responsibilities
Inspections: Conduct regular, detailed site visits to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Team Management: Manage attendance, allocate duties, and handle shift planning for housekeeping staff
Training: Train current and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment usage
Inventory & Supplies: Maintain stock levels, inspect machinery, and manage inventory of cleaning materials
Client Coordination: Act as the primary contact to resolve client complaints or requirements promptly
Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on site operations and employee performance .
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
Mobility: Ability to travel between multiple sites, usually requiring a two-wheeler
Skills: Solid leadership, communication (e.g., Hindi/Gujarati), and problem-solving skills
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
