JOB DESCRIPTION:

OP
To assess patient health by interviewing patients; perform physical examinations and record the vitals; obtain, update, and study medical histories.
To review old patient records, obtain, update, and study medical histories and send for relevant investigations as per instructions from the consultant.
To educate the patient about the procedure and prepare them for it.
To assist the consultant in doing detailed physical examinations of the patient.
To maintain database of the patients and analyze the data for future use.
To be aware of departmental objectives & quality monitors.




To maintain protected and clean working workplace by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
To protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the consultant.

IP
To go on ward rounds and check the case sheets.
To speak with patients, record their complaints and make sure they are addressed.
To prepare discharge summaries by transcribing the consultant’s recorded summary.
To assist the consultant in doing Angiogram and Angioplasty.
To help in preparing Angiogram and Angioplasty reports.
To educate the patient before admissions and discharges.
To check the consent form in Pre.Op/Post.Op assessments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
