We are looking for Senior Merchandiser with 10–12 years of experience in the apparel export industry. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in knits garments, costing, Time & Action (T&A;) management, and buyer communication. The candidate must have previously handled buyers such as Westside and Bestseller and be capable of managing orders from product development to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Prepare and manage garment costing with a focus on profitability.
Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to Time & Action (T&A;) plans.
Handle buyer communications, approvals, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams.




Ensure timely approvals of fabrics, trims, lab dips, samples, and production.
Resolve production and delivery issues to meet shipment deadlines.
Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers.

Key Requirements
10–12 years of merchandising experience in an apparel export house.
Strong knowledge of knits fabrics and garment manufacturing.
Excellent understanding of costing, T&A; management, and merchandising processes.
Strong buyer communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience working with Westside and Bestseller.
Valuable analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
