Menu Interpretation: Explain both traditional Kerala cuisine (e.g., Sadhya etiquette, seafood specialities, local breads like Appam/Porotta) and multi-cuisine options accurately toGuests.
Table Service: Serve food promptly, following standard sequence of service.
Table Maintenance: Pre-bus tables smoothly by removing soiled dishes and cutlery without rushing the guests. Ensure water glasses are regularly refilled.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Adhere strictly to FSSAI food safety guidelines and in-house cleanliness protocols. Perform side-work including polishing glassware, resetting tables, and maintaining station cleanliness.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
