Customer Support & Field Executive – Pneumatic Tools

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Visit existing customers and understand their service and product requirements.
Coordinate and resolve customer service needs promptly.
Attend new customer references and visit their locations.
Explain suitable pneumatic tools and product solutions.
Follow up with customers and enquiries to generate business.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and recent customers.
Submit regular visit and follow-up reports.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Active, confident, and willing to travel within the field.
Basic technical knowledge of industrial tools is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Experience in pneumatic tools / industrial products will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives, based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,511.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
