Manage, review, track, and process employee timesheets accurately and efficiently to support smooth US operations, ensure timely reporting, and maintain high standards of data integrity across business workflows.

Education Qualification: B.Com graduates only
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Shift Timing: UK Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST)
Service Agreement / Mandatory Requirement: 2 Years Bond & SSC Original Memo Submission

Key Responsibilities
Timesheet Tracking & Processing: Monitor daily/weekly employee timesheet entries, verify work hours against project allocations, and execute processing with exceptional numerical accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform routine data analysis, structure timesheet metrics, and maintain detailed, up-to-date operational records using advanced MS Excel functions.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify timesheet errors, missing entries, or compliance gaps, coordinating proactively with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
Operational & Administrative Support:



Assist with ongoing operational workflows, support billing and payroll alignment, and manage routine administrative tasks within the process.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data entry) and the broader MS Office suite.
Soft Skills: Robust written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for handling numerical data and analytics.
Operational Readiness: Ability to learn quickly, maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines, and work the UK shift schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
