Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student records and update CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly admission targets.
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Education/Admission Counselling or EdTech Sales.
Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
