Purpose of the Role

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and engineering of MCC, PCC, and control panels. The role involves ensuring design quality, adherence to standards, and timely delivery while guiding a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities




Lead design of MCC, PCC, and control panels as per project requirements
Review electrical schematics, GA drawings, and BOMs
Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, IEEE standards
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Interact with clients for design approvals and clarifications
Drive cost optimization and design standardization
Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning

Educational Qualification
