Service Manager – TVS Main Dealership, Ghatal
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve service revenue, labour, spare parts, and CSI targets.
Manage daily workshop operations and technician productivity.
Ensure quality repairs, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with TVS SOPs.
Control workshop costs and improve profitability.
Train and lead the service team while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
Prior automobile service experience.
Robust leadership, customer service, and workshop management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
