We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to help expand our presence in commercial construction projects. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and converting leads into natural stone supply orders.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and track leads for upcoming commercial construction projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, PMCs, and developers.
Follow up with clients regularly and convert project inquiries into business.
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations and material proposals.
Visit project sites to understand material requirements and identify business opportunities.
Maintain an updated database of ongoing and upcoming commercial projects.
Ensure timely follow-ups until the order is finalized.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in project sales, project coordination,



or business development in the construction or building materials industry.
Prior knowledge of commercial construction projects and project site operations.
Existing network with architects, contractors, developers, or project consultants will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
