JOB DESCRIPTIONDeputy Manager – Finance

Educational Qualification
Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA (Finance) / CA preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in handling financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
Supervise accounting, billing, receipts, payments and reconciliation activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.
Review and monitor budgets, cash flow and financial performance.




Ensure proper maintenance and verification of books of accounts and supporting documents.
Assist management in financial planning, analysis and decision-making.
Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Supervise and guide the finance/accounts team.
Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting and financial management.
Positive understanding of taxation and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
