Typical Job Description – Test Ride CoordinatorMain Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule customer test rides
Explain scooter features, performance, charging, and smart functions
Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for rides
Assist walk-in customers at the experience center
Collect customer feedback after test rides
Maintain records of bookings and customer data
Support the sales team in converting leads into purchases




Follow safety procedures during test rides
Handle basic queries about pricing, finance, and accessories

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of electric vehicles
Customer handling ability
Two-wheeler riding license
Computer/mobile app usage skills

Qualification
Usually any degree or diploma
Freshers may be eligible
