Counsel patients on IVF treatments, procedures, and available services.
Explain treatment plans, costs, and answer patient queries.
Follow up with inquiry leads and convert them into consultations.
Coordinate appointments with doctors and the IVF team.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records and counselling notes.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient care.
Ensure patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
