We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to join our finance team on an onsite basis in Kandivali West, Mumbai.
The role will work closely with the Head of Accounting and support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end activities, and financial documentation. This is a great prospect for someone who wants to strengthen their accounting skills and grow within a qualified finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle AP/AR, invoices, payments, and expense records.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support the Head of Accounting with reports and accounting analysis.
Assist with audit and tax documentation when required.
Ensure accounting entries and records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors/customers on basic accounting queries.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Practical experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
Positive working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification/studies are a plus.
Must be comfortable working onsite in Kandivali West, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
