Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Mentor junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
Solid knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies.
Experience with application configuration and customization within enterprise settings.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
