Accounts Executive

Main Responsibilities
Handle daily sales, purchase, expense, and accounting entries.
Prepare and check invoices, bills, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
Maintain daily cash and bank transactions.
Check showroom cash collection and ensure proper cash records.
Maintain customer accounts and supplier accounts.
Track customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Record supplier payments and monitor pending bills.
Verify purchase bills with purchase orders and received stock.
Check sales invoices and ensure correct pricing, discounts, and taxes.
Maintain records of online payments, card payments, UPI, and cash transactions.
Reconcile daily cash, bank, card, and UPI transactions.
Monitor credit sales and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing and payment issues.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock and purchase records.
Maintain proper records of expenses, petty cash, and staff-related payments.
Assist in preparing monthly profit and loss statements and other management reports.
Support GST, TDS, tax filing, and other statutory accounting requirements.




Maintain proper accounting documents and files for audit purposes.
Check for accounting errors and correct them on time.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
Ensure all accounting entries and documents are updated on time.
Support management with financial information and reports when required.

Skills Required
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting.
Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of cash, bank, sales, purchase, and customer accounts.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in retail, showroom, trading, or home-appliance accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
