We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to lead residential projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have robust design and technical skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience coordinating with consultants and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop residential architectural designs and concepts.
Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and permit requirements.
Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during execution.
Manage project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Robust communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.

Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
